3 automation templates inside...

Hey AutoMinters ⚡️

What if you could magically re-color and animate old photos?

What if you could consolidate your client’s ad-reporting into one, concise email?

What if you could turn your Shopify product photos into videos?

Just curious…

Here are this week’s automations:

Content Creation

Transform old photos into animated social media videos.

This automation from u/mutonbini takes old photos and transforms them into animated video clips for social media posting.

Here’s the original photo and here’s the output.

Why I like it

One of my favorite things is when technology connects people across generations... and that’s what this automation does.

Sure, you could turn this into a SaaS (I’m sure it already exists) but honestly, building this just to sit down with your parents or grandparents is worth every penny.

The workflow cleans up images using FLUX Kontext for enhanced color and sharpness, then uses Kling AI to add subtle motion and bring photos to life. Once the video is generated, it automatically saves to Google Drive and posts across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X (Twitter) for seamless distribution.

Cost estimate: Approximately $0.29 per photo animation.

Reports

Automate PDF report processing & client email generation.

As part of u/akhilpanja’s 90-day challenge of building an automation every day, he solved a particular pain point which transforms how digital marketing agencies handle monthly client reports.

Why I like it

The request to build this literally came from the client’s mouth.

After the PDFs are processed, you can really take this to the next level by creating dashboards and other artifacts by adding a few nodes here and there.

This automation monitors Gmail for incoming PDF reports, extracts and processes up to 17 pages of data, matches clients using a Google Sheets database, generates AI-powered summaries with insights and recommendations using DeepSeek, and creates ready-to-send draft emails with professional analysis. The system handles everything from PDF extraction to client matching to intelligent report generation.

Cost estimate: Under $0.10 per month in API costs using DeepSeek (compared to expensive OpenAI alternatives).

Product Videos

Generate AI avatar product videos from Shopify images.

This automation from AI Agents A-Z transforms still product images from fashion e-commerce stores into talking product videos with AI avatars.

Why I like it

It’s getting harder to monetize video creation, so (as I mentioned last week) creators are shifting to product sales.

It also DOESN’T use HeyGen (nothing against them) but they’re expensive and this is substantially cheaper.

The workflow scrapes Shopify store products via JSON API, filters and processes product images using multimodal LLMs, generates contextual prompts and dialogue, creates enhanced images with Flux Context, converts images to looping videos using Kling AI, generates speech with ElevenLabs (voice selected based on detected gender), and syncs lip movements using ByteDance's LatentSync model. The result is professional product videos that can loop seamlessly.

Cost estimate: About $0.20 - 0.25 per video (according to AI Agents A-Z).

That’s it for this week.

Keep showing up, cheering each other on — and as always, keep automating!
