🤖 Voice AI web dev, 💌 $0.35 email outreach, 🎯 $2/1K lead scrapers

3 automation templates inside...

Hey AutoMinters ⚡️

This week’s edition can really supercharge your sales and top-of-funnel.

Check it out:

Web Development

Create a voice-powered AI web development agent.

This automation from Lucas Walter creates a complete voice-controlled web development system that can collaborate on designing and building websites.

Why I like it

It’s a creative multi-agent approach that can be dropped into different business operations.

Imagine plugging in meeting notes from a multi-hour brainstorming session to create an MVP, or a discovery call for potential web development client.

I’d be curious if this could run in parallel to a human-driven design process just from meeting notes and how the output would stack against humans.

Using ElevenLabs for voice input, it delegates tasks to specialized n8n agents: a Website Planner (scrapes sites with Firecrawl and writes PRDs) and a Browser Agent (uses Airtop to automate website building on Lovable.dev). The system follows an agent-orchestrated pattern where a parent agent routes voice requests to the appropriate sub-agent for planning or implementation.

Templates:

Cost estimate: $2-5 per complete website project depending on complexity and conversation length.

Leadgen

Build a cold email outreach system by cloning Instantly AI & Mailchimp.

This automation from Julian Reeves creates a complete cold email outreach system that replicates Instantly AI and Mailchimp functionality using n8n.

Why I like it

It gives you more control, and only costs a few small SaaS fees.

HOWEVER… it does not include email warmup (this is one of my favorite email features of Instantly). Email warm up ensures your “sender” address is legit and will let you reach your audience’s inbox.

I still think it’s a great workflow, and could be improved by adding email warmup :)

The workflow starts with lead generation through Apollo (filtering companies and extracting decision-makers), then uses AI for hyper-personalization via GPT-5 based on company keywords, job titles, and industry data. It sends emails through Mailgun API, tracks email stages in a database, and includes automated follow-up sequences. The system also incorporates frameworks like "niche snap" and "offer frame" for strategic campaign design, focusing on service-based businesses with typical 45x ROI performance.

Cost estimate: $0.20-0.35 per personalized email including Apollo leads, GPT-5 personalization, and Mailgun delivery - significantly cheaper than Instantly AI or Mailchimp.

Leadgen

Generate millions of leads with this scraping system.

This automation from Michael Elliot creates a lead generation system that scrapes Apollo at massive scale using simple form submissions.

Why I like it

It’s a simple workflow and a “top-of-funnel problem-solver” for pretty good ROI…

Even if it doesn’t work, Michael Elliot claims this exact flow has generated $13K/month and potentially six figures annually… but I’ll believe it if he brings receipts.

Users input list name, Apollo search URL, lead count, and email address. The system uses Apify to scrape up to 50,000 leads per search, stores data in Supabase, creates Google Sheets, organizes files in Google Drive folders, and sends completion notifications via email. The workflow handles multiple concurrent scrapes with webhook triggers and can be extended to other platforms like Google Maps, LinkedIn, or Instagram for comprehensive lead generation.

Cost estimate: $0.10-2.00 per 1,000 leads including Apify scraping, Supabase storage, and Google services - can scrape millions of leads for under $100 total cost.

That’s it for this week.

Keep showing up, cheering each other on — and as always, keep automating!
