3 automation templates inside...

Hey AutoMinters ⚡️

Holy cow.

Video generation is so cheap it’s free.

But who know’s how long it will last.

Below, I’ve got the template and full guide, as well as the rest of this week’s automations.

Video Generator

Generate FREE AI videos with Wan2.2 models.

This automation from AI Agents A-Z creates high-quality AI videos for free using Wan2.2's open-weight models (5B and 14B parameters) deployed on Modal.com with ComfyUI server integration.

Why I like it

I haven’t heard of many video creators using Wan2.2, especially when it’s FREE.

If you’re running a content farm, you need to constantly experiment with different models and be super price sensitive… and this workflow let’s you try both models depending on what you’re creating.

Quality is pretty decent for both models: Sample Videos

The n8n workflow handles text-to-video and image-to-video generation by sending prompts through the ComfyUI API, monitoring generation status, and automatically downloading completed videos. The system uses L40S GPU on Modal.com and includes pre-installed models and custom nodes for seamless operation.

Cost estimate: FREE with Modal.com's $30 monthly credits - you can generate approximately:

  • 170 videos/month with 5B model (~2 minutes generation time)

  • 42 videos/month with 14B model (~20 minutes generation time, higher quality)

  • After free credits: ~$0.18 per video (5B model) vs $4.00+ with commercial services like Runway

Sales

Followup on missed calls with this voice agent.

This automation from u/Yonidejene captures missed calls at leasing offices using a voice agent, then processes the conversation data through n8n to extract caller information and summarize the interaction before pushing it into a CRM.

Why I like it

Although voice agents are still a little pricey, this is a specific example used to recoup sales for a high-ticket niche – apartment leasing.

This model could also be adjusted if you want to use other voice agents like Eleven Labs.

The workflow uses Alcamine to build and deploy the voice agent, n8n's AI Agent Node with Structured Output Parser to extract names and summarize calls, and Pipedrive for CRM integration. The system handles common leasing inquiries like unit availability, move-in dates, pets, and parking.

Cost Estimate: Approximately $1.00-$1.25 per call (assuming 2-4 minute average calls), but really depends on call volume.

Documentation

Auto-document n8n workflows with AI-generated sticky notes.

This automation from u/GrapefruitCultural74 takes your existing n8n workflow JSON files and automatically generates comprehensive documentation by adding AI-written sticky notes to each node.

Why I like it

Documentation sucks. This workflow solves that, and at a minimum, all workflows should use this.

We’ve all spent hours struggling how to configure a node or why an error is happening. This might not completely solve it, but helps a lot.

The workflow uses GPT-4o-mini to parse real nodes (ignoring old stickies), creates explanatory notes for each component, adds a general overview with goals and flow explanations, arranges everything neatly on the canvas, and outputs a new documented JSON file. It handles up to 50 nodes to keep documentation manageable while creating readable workflows you can actually share without manual explanations.

Cost Estimate: Approximately $0.10-$0.30 per workflow.

That’s it for this week.

Keep showing up, cheering each other on — and as always, keep automating!
