Plus, Youtube just killed AI video monetization and how to pivot fast.
Hey Autominters ⚡️
Important news…
Starting July 15th, YouTube will only pay creators who use their real voice and produce original content.
That means these won’t be eligible for monetization:
Reused or repurposed videos
Copied content
Low effort uploads
Fully AI-generated videos
But smart creators aren't panicking…
They're shifting focus:
Product review videos → affiliate commissions
Shorts with product placements → kickback deals
AI influencer content → direct sales funnels
The new formula: AI influencers + AI product videos = profit
Views are dead. Sales are everything.
Expect a tsunami of automations that turn AI avatars into selling machines. The creators who adapt fastest will win big.
This week, we’re starting off with an automation that can be modified to adapt to this trend.
Here are this week’s automations:
Product Videos
Create professional product marketing videos from a photo.
This great automation from Nate Herk transforms basic product photos into professional marketing materials by generating both enhanced product images and 3D rotating videos.
Why I like it
Automation creators will shift to this type of monetization –selling physical products.
Due to the changes on YouTube’s monetization policy, creators will no longer be able to monetize AI videos, but still have a chance at making money if they are able to push good product videos.
Get ready for a slew of these types of automations coming your way.
Users submit a photo, product name, description, and email through a form trigger. The workflow uses AI to create optimized image prompts, generates professional studio-quality photos with OpenAI's image editor, uploads images to get public URLs, creates 10-second 3D rotating videos with Runway AI, and automatically emails both the enhanced image and video to the user.
Nate’s got a really great Skool community where you can find additional resources for this automation.
Cost estimate: Approximately $0.55-0.60 per product ($0.05 for AI image generation, $0.50 for 10-second Runway video, plus minimal costs for API calls).
Lead Gen
Create personalized cold emails from competitor reviews.
This automation from Roman Hipp identifies prospects who recently complained about competitors on G2 (or similar review platforms), finds their contact information, and sends personalized cold emails addressing their specific pain points.
Why I like it
It targets user’s complaints as a solid lead and it’s inexpensive.
If you’re a solopreneur running a SaaS company “AI clone” of a popular product or service… this is exactly for you. It also only costs about $50/month to run which is very reasonable compared to other options.
The workflow uses n8n to scrape G2 reviews, searches LinkedIn profiles via Serper, enriches contact data through Better Contact's waterfall system, generates personalized email copy with GPT, and sends outreach through Gmail or cold email tools.
Cost estimate: Approximately $15-25 per month for 100+ leads ($0.10-0.15 per lead for data enrichment, $0.05-0.10 for AI email generation, plus platform subscription costs for Better Contact and other services)
Content Creation
Auto-publish articles to multiple
social platforms with AI.
This automation from Carlos Gracia takes any article URL as input and automatically creates platform-specific social media posts for X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Threads, and Reddit.
Why I like it
It actually works and delivers results.
It shows real examples of real posts it generated across platforms. Check out this example for x.com and the example for LinkedIn (it’s in Spanish).
This automation takes any article URL as input and automatically creates platform-specific social media posts for X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Threads, and Reddit. The workflow uses Google Gemini AI to generate custom copy tailored to each platform's tone and audience, captures a screenshot of the webpage for visual content, and automatically publishes everything across all channels simultaneously.
Cost estimate: Essentially free to start. Estimated $5-10 per month for moderate usage (100+ posts), with Google Gemini API costs being the primary expense at ~$0.02-0.05 per post generation.
That’s it for this week.
Keep showing up, cheering each other on — and as always, keep automating!
