3 automation templates inside...
Hey AutoMinters ⚡️
Here are this week’s automations:
Content Creation
Generate AI UGC ads for less than $1 each with Nano Banana.
This automation from Shab Noor creates realistic user-generated content ads by combining Google's Nano Banana image generation with V3 Fast video generation.
Why I like it
It’s incredibly cheap, AND has built in quality controls/constraints to minimize editing needs.
One of the issues with “content factories” is the cost and controls to ensure you’re not just throwing your $ into the toilet. This automation has a good balance of cost-savings with control.
The workflow starts with a Telegram trigger where you upload a product image and provide instructions for the scene. Nano Banana generates a photorealistic image of a person using your product in the specified setting, then analyzes that image to understand context. Claude creates optimized video generation prompts based on the image analysis and your dialogue requirements, V3 Fast generates two 8-second video segments, and FFmpeg merges them into a final 16-second UGC ad delivered via Telegram.
Cost estimate: $0.80 per 16-second UGC ad (two 8-second V3 Fast generations at $0.40 each, plus minimal costs for image generation and AI prompting)
Content Creation
Create viral memes with Telegram that auto-posts to social media.
This automation from u/Odd-Pension-5078 creates a complete meme generation pipeline triggered by a single Telegram command.
Why I like it
People can see through AI-generated posts, but memes haven’t really caught up.
I haven’t seen many automations that do this well, so I’m excited how AI meme posting works out as an engagement driver.
The system automatically hunts for relevant meme templates, generates engaging captions using AI, builds the meme image, sends it to you for approval via Telegram, and upon approval automatically posts to Twitter (and works for Instagram too). The workflow is designed specifically to create content that actually gets engagement and goes viral, rather than generic AI content that gets ignored.
Cost estimate: $5-15/month (primarily AI API calls for caption generation and image processing, plus minimal social media API costs).
Leadgen
Hyper-personalize LinkedIn outreach with AI-powered replies.
This comprehensive automation from HeyReach creates a complete LinkedIn outreach system that scrapes leads, enriches data with buying signals, sends personalized messages, and handles replies with AI.
Why I like it
It uses a combination of signal-based targeting AND human-in-the-loop approval so bad messages don’t go out.
It might have higher upfront costs, however, it offers better targeting and personalization so you can explore all kinds of different signals.
The workflow uses Clay for lead scraping and qualification (targeting lead generation agencies), identifies key signals like recent job postings or employee departures, automatically adds qualified prospects to HeyReach campaigns with personalized messaging, and processes positive replies through an N8N workflow that logs leads in CRM, crafts AI responses, sends them to Slack for approval, and automatically replies once approved.
Cost estimate: Approximately $50-100/month for 1,000 leads (Clay credits ~$30-40, HeyReach ~$20-30, AI API calls ~$10-20, depending on usage volume).
