This automation pulls video topics from Google Sheets, generates scene-by-scene image prompts and scripts with GPT-4o Mini, creates images using Flux 1.1 Pro on Replicate, converts scripts to audio with ElevenLabs, then assembles everything into polished videos using CreatorMate's API. The system includes automated scheduling (every 12 hours), Google Drive file management, and optional YouTube uploading.

It breaks down to about $0.48 per video ($0.20 for images, $0.03 for audio, $0.25 for video generation).

You could even cut costs to about $0.02 per video by replacing ElevenLabs with Fish.audio.

Brandon Passley shares a pretty unique workflow which I’ve seen a few times in getting new clients.

It generates custom AI videos (via Vidu.io) that display each prospect's LinkedIn and website while Brandon appears to personally review them, creates tailored Google Docs with their information and AI-generated content, then feeds everything into Lemlist for automated outreach campaigns.

Disclaimer… this is not a cheap workflow at about $2-5 total to per video, but it’s totally worth it if you close a high-ticket client.
